What is the order dispatch date & delivery time?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after the order & payment are confirmed. Once the order is dispatched it will take 1-5 business days for delivery of the product depending on the customer's delivery state.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact our customer care team to raise a cancellation request. Your request will be confirmed within 24-48 hours (if your order has not been dispatched) or within 5 business days (if your order has been dispatched).

What are the cancellation timelines?

There are two stages where the cancellation request have different timelines. 1) If you raised the cancellation before getting the dispatch message, the request will be processed for warehouse product in 24 hours and for Thepurpletree partner product in 48 hours. P.S. - You can check the product type at the product page. 2) If you raised the cancellation after receiving the dispatch message, the same will be confirmed within 5 business days

If I cancel my order, how will I get my refund?

Your refund mode depends upon payment mode of order placement:- 1) If you have placed a COD order and used Thepurpletree Credits/Gift Credits in it, SC will get refunded into your Thepurpletree account within 24 hours. 2) If you have placed a prepaid order (used credit card/debit card/netbanking for placing order), then the money will be rolled back to your card/bank account within 5-7 working days post refund initiation. Used Thepurpletree Credits/Gift Credits will be refunded into your Thepurpletree account.

How can I cancel one/few products from my order?

Cancellation of one/few items is currently not possible as we do not take partial cancellation requests. Cancellation is applicable on the whole order.

How do I initiate a return process?

Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate the return process. You can contact us by either sending an email to care@Thepurpletree.com. Click here to read our Returns Policy. Please do not return products without first speaking to a representative at Thepurpletree.com. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process a refund.

Who pays for the shipping if I send the item back?

We have our Reverse Pick up facilities in selected locations wherein your items can be picked up from our end and the same is absolutely free of cost. In case you need to send the product yourself, kindly ensure that you use a track-able shipping method (e.g. First Flight, Blue Dart). Shipping cost for all approved reverse pick up cases will be reimbursed to 10% of selling price or the actual cost, whichever is lower. Reimbursement will be in the form of a gift voucher which can be redeemed during your future purchases with us anytime within 30 days. What is the return notice period?

Returns for Furniture, Mattresses and Lighting category will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process)

Are there any conditions placed on returning a product?

The returned product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product. Every product and package is labelled with a serial number. This serial number must be readable and un-tampered on return.
